Full photographic coverage of your conference or awards night, with a first selection of edited images shortly after the event and the full gallery within seven days.
01
Why speed matters.
Event photography has two jobs. The first is quick: your comms team needs images shortly after the event, while people are still talking about it. The second is long term: the website, the deck and next year’s sales conversation.
Most suppliers deliver everything at once, weeks later. We send a first selection of edited images shortly after the event, then the full gallery within seven days.

/ 01 · AFTER THE EVENT
Shortly after the event we send a first set of edited images, so your team has something to post while people are still talking about it.
/ 03 · WITHIN SEVEN DAYS
Every usable frame, selected and edited, ordered by the programme. Not a dump of several thousand files for you to sort.
/ 04 · FORMATS
Images supplied sized for the website and for social, so nobody on your side has to crop them.
03
What we shoot
/ 01
Sharp frames where the speaker and the slide behind them are both readable, shot without moving around the room.
/ 02
A full room, laughter, hands up. These are the images that sell the following year.
/ 03
Partners shot deliberately, so they get something usable rather than a distant frame of their logo.
/ 04
Conversations over coffee and in the corridors. Usually the most used part of the gallery.
/ 05
Catering, print, badges, staging. The things you put work into and nobody photographs.
/ 06
Banners, stage, signage and the room itself, so it is obvious whose event it was.
04
Photography with video
Most clients do. One crew covering both costs less than two suppliers, and there is only one team to brief, one schedule to manage and one point of contact on the day.
On a smaller single-room event, no. On a busy day with a parallel programme, something has to give, so we split the roles. We will tell you which case you are in before you book.
One is enough for a single-room day. Once the programme runs in parallel, or there is an evening event as well, a second person stops you losing whole sessions.

Note
We deliver a selection, not everything
An event produces several thousand frames. You get the usable ones, edited and ordered by programme, because a gallery nobody can face opening is the same as no gallery at all.
