Business of Apps London 2026 at The Brewery: nine conversations recorded, 35 sponsor videos and more than 160 finished assets, produced by three crew in a single day.
01
Proof first
That was one conference day at The Brewery. Nine recorded conversations, 35 sponsor videos and over 160 finished assets, with a crew of three. Every speaker and every partner left with content they could publish themselves.
We are a production agency, founded in 2024 by a live television sports broadcaster. That background matters on a conference floor, because a live gallery teaches you to get it right the first time. There is no second take when the room has moved on.

Event Talks Studio
The reason to pick us over a local videographer
/ 01 · THE BUILD
Two cinema cameras, live cut, proper lighting and clean audio, built into your space. It fits in roughly five by five metres, so it can sit in a foyer or a breakout room.
/ 02 · THE VOLUME
Speakers and partners come to the studio in scheduled slots. The setup does not move, so the last interview looks and sounds like the first.
/ 03 · THE OUTPUT
Every interview becomes a long-form video plus two short vertical clips, cut for social and captioned.
/ 04 · THE POINT
The speaker gets their video, the partner gets theirs, and you get the whole series. A local videographer hands you footage. This hands your whole room a reason to post.

What we cover
/ 01
A one to two minute recap built on what people actually said on the day, not music over crowd shots. Delivered horizontally, square and vertical.
/ 02
Every talk captured with camera, the presentation feed from the laptop and audio from the desk. Multiple rooms can run from one central station.
/ 03
Filmed at the partner stand, so the sponsor leaves with content they publish under their own name rather than a logo on a banner.
/ 04
Speakers, audience, partners and atmosphere, with a first selection of edited images shortly after the event.
/ 05
Vertical cuts pulled from the day, captioned and branded, sized for LinkedIn and Instagram.
/ 06
The on-site interview studio. Eight to sixteen conversations in a day, each one a long video plus two clips.

How we work in London
We are Prague based and we travel to London regularly. Travel is included in our quotes, so the number you see is the number you pay. We would rather say that up front than have it appear on an invoice later.
We have worked at The Brewery and the Bentley Hotel, among others, and we are used to working alongside a venue’s own AV team rather than around them. Where a venue already has cameras or a sound desk, we plug into it.
The earlier the better, mainly because the useful part is the planning. We want the running order, the room layout and the list of who is worth filming before the day, not on the morning.

We cover the Brilliance Awards in London as a returning client, alongside the Industry Eagles Awards. Awards nights are their own discipline, because there is exactly one chance to catch each moment on stage.
