What data we collect
When you use the contact form or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide, typically your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss potential or ongoing work.
When you browse the website, we collect limited analytics data through the tools described in the Cookies and analytics section below.
We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Why we use your data (legal basis)
To respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about our services. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract at your request.
To understand how the website is used and improve it. Legal basis: your consent (for cookie-based analytics) and our legitimate interest in maintaining a functional website (for cookieless analytics).
How long we keep it
We keep contact enquiries only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up, then delete them. Where an enquiry becomes a paid project, related records may be kept longer to meet accounting and tax obligations under Czech law.

We use two analytics tools:
Framer Analytics, the built-in analytics of our website platform. This is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies to track you across sites.
Google Analytics, provided by Google, which uses cookies to collect anonymised information about how visitors use the site (such as pages viewed and approximate location). This data helps us understand and improve the website. Google Analytics may transfer data to servers operated by Google, including outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on the safeguards Google provides for international data transfers.

Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our work, namely our website platform (Framer) and Google (Analytics), and with authorities where we are legally required to. These providers process data on our behalf under their own data-protection terms.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
