SocialVids is an event content production agency with a small core and a network of trusted collaborators. We work with conferences, festivals, bootcamps and corporate events across CEE, the UK and beyond, turning what happens in the room into content people actually publish.

Our story
SocialVids was founded in 2024. The thesis was simple: events invest serious money in speakers, partners and production, and then settle for one recap video and a photo gallery. That asymmetry between investment and return is the problem.
The fix isn’t more content for content’s sake. It’s capturing the right things on the day, then turning them into a structured library: long-form interviews, short-form social, sponsor-grade assets , that the event team and their partners can publish for months afterward.
Event Talks Studio is the flagship product built around that thesis. The other services: aftermovies, sponsor videos, photography , round it out into full event coverage.

What we believe

The room you’ve already paid for is full of valuable conversations. Capture them properly: long-form, multi-cam, on-record , and you’ve got months of distribution. Don’t, and they walk out the door at 6pm.

Most event video ends with “we’ll send the files later.” We end with files in your hands, captioned, branded, ready to publish. Promises don’t run on social.

Best-case scenario, your delegates barely notice us. We’re not in the keynote shots. The studio is a destination, not a disruption. Speakers come back next year because we made the day easier, not harder.

Background
Before SocialVids, the founder spent years in live television sports broadcasting, hundreds of matches cut live to air. That’s the school of multi-camera production where mistakes go out to a live audience and there are no second takes.
That discipline is the foundation of everything SocialVids does: broadcast-grade production applied to an event market that’s used to being underserved. Fewer years of B2B event experience than the big agencies, and a far more rigorous foundation than most of them have.
Two years in, the approach is settled. The studio runs. The clients come back. The content gets published.

The studio
Event Talks Studio is a fully managed on-site interview studio. The standard rig fits in roughly 5×5 metres: a corner of the main hall, a sponsor lounge, a quiet meeting room.
Two cameras, professional audio, professional lighting. Branded backdrops and mic flags available. The studio adapts to your venue, not the other way around.
For events with the appetite (and the budget) for something bigger, we’ve also delivered the studio in unusual layouts: including, once, inside a vintage bus. That was a one-off custom build, not the standard offering.
