What it is

What does event livestream production cover?

Event livestream production is the directed, multi-camera broadcast of your event to an online audience in real time, with professional audio, on-screen graphics and a recording you can reuse afterwards. SocialVids covers the full range: a clean single-camera conference stream, a directed multi-camera broadcast, or a full outside-broadcast (OB) truck connecting up to 16 cameras with live instant replay.

The production lead comes from live television sports broadcasting, where multi-camera directing, live replay and zero-margin-for-error delivery are the everyday standard. That experience scales down to a webinar and up to a stadium. We deliver across Prague, Central Europe and London.

A site visit ahead of show day to lock camera positions, audio, internet, power and graphics. For OB-truck builds, full technical recce with the broadcast team.

Rig and test

Cameras, vision mixer, broadcast audio, encoder and redundancy installed and tested against your platform: YouTube, LinkedIn Live, Vimeo or custom RTMP. Bonded backup connection on standby.

Directed live operation

A director calling shots on the vision mixer, operators on every camera, a dedicated audio engineer and a graphics op. For large builds, live instant replay across up to 16 camera feeds.

What size of livestream can you handle?

The full range. At the small end, a single-camera stream of one conference stage. In the middle, a directed multi-camera broadcast across several stages. At the top end, a full outside-broadcast truck connecting up to 16 cameras with live instant replay. The production lead’s background is live TV sports broadcasting, so large multi-camera builds are familiar territory.

Which platforms can you stream to?

All standard platforms: YouTube Live, LinkedIn Live, Vimeo, Twitch and custom RTMP destinations, including private platforms behind a paywall. We confirm the destination and test against it during the build the day before.

Can you stream multiple stages at once?

Yes. Each stage runs as its own directed broadcast with dedicated crew, and cost scales per stage. For very large events an OB truck centralises the feeds with live replay across all cameras.

Do you provide live replay?

Yes, on OB-truck and large multi-camera builds. Live instant replay across up to 16 camera feeds is the same capability used in televised sport, and it is available for conferences, awards shows and product launches that want it.

Can the stream be reused after the event?

That is one of the biggest sources of value. We cut the broadcast recording into short-form vertical social clips and produce a polished on-demand replay, so a single livestream becomes weeks of content. We deliver across Prague, Central Europe and London.
