Two weeks ahead we lock a shot list: keynotes, sponsor moments, brand activations and must-have portraits. On the day, the photographer works against it while staying opportunistic.
/ 02 · CAPTURE
Speakers on stage, sponsor activations, networking and candid moments, shot cleanly and lit well across the full run of the event.
/ 03 · EDIT
A fast cull and basic edit for press needs on the day, then a full retouch (colour, exposure, skin on portraits) within five days. Delivered as full-res and web-optimised files.
/ 04 · DELIVER
Final delivery in a gallery tagged by speaker, sponsor and session, so your team finds the shot it needs in seconds, not by scrolling 800 thumbnails.

Common questions
Press selects within four hours of the event closing: 30 to 50 edited images PR can use that evening. The full retouched gallery follows within five days, tagged and searchable. Rush delivery of the full set is available on request.
