What it is
Event AV production is the complete audio-visual setup for your event: the sound system, stage lighting, screens and playback that make speakers heard clearly and seen well. SocialVids delivers full AV as a managed service for events of up to around 200 people, comfortably covering conferences, awards evenings, corporate gatherings and product launches at that scale.
You get a single supplier accountable for the whole room: one point of contact through planning, one crew on the day, one combined invoice. Events larger than 200 people are scoped individually, because at that scale the rig and crew requirements deserve a tailored quote rather than a package. We deliver across Prague, Central Europe and London.

Our approach
Walkthrough, build, operate, strike. For events up to 200 people this runs as a clean, packaged service; larger events get a bespoke technical plan.
/ 01 · WALKTHROUGH
A venue walkthrough to lock power, rigging points, sightlines, sound coverage and branding placements before show day, so there are no surprises on the day.
/ 02 · BUILD
Sound, lighting and screens installed and tested before doors open. PA tuned to the room, lighting programmed to the run of show, playback loaded and checked.
/ 03 · OPERATE
A technical lead running the room on the day with operators on each station. The run of show is pre-loaded with contingency for last-minute changes.
/ 04 · STRIKE
Out of the venue on the agreed schedule, with a clean handover and no surprises for the venue or the organiser.
